Start by becoming aware of the habit you want to change and understanding its impact on your life. Once you're ready to make a change, it's time to take action and sometime is a good idea to seek support from a friend, loved one, or coach.

Here's a simple practice to follow:

1. Be aware of the habit you want to change and keep observing it.

2. Pay attention every time it happens and continue observing.

3. Create an intention to change it and replace it with a new action.

4. Repeat the new action until it becomes second nature to you.


Remember, changing a habit takes time and effort, so be patient with yourself.


Celebrate your successes along the way and don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up.

With these tips and a positive attitude, you can make lasting changes in your life.
