The Life Coaching course I did with Silvia was very enlightening. Doing coaching with Silvia was very encouraging to me. I needed to get some perspective in my life and a better picture of where I wanted to go. Coaching made me realised that I was lost and stagnated in my ways of thinking and doing, as a result I wasn’t able to achieve my goals or the results that I was looking for in my life. I realised how true it is that if you do things the same way you have always done them you will always get the same results.
